Zoning Ordinance Revision
The City is seeking a qualified planning consulting firm to prepare revisions to the City’s Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to the center, urban areas of the City. Desired is a hybrid-style code approach to regulating land use and urban form in the City’s Downtown, University District, and adjacent urban neighborhoods. A revision to the existing Neighborhood Commercial Zoning District standards is also sought. The City Planning and Development Department is updating the entire Zoning Ordinance and this contract would be for one piece of that update.
