Zoning Code Update
The City will accept competitive sealed Statements of Qualifications for the Zoning Code Update Services, to be submitted at the address or physical location until the date and time detailed below. The City is proposing to update the existing City Zoning Code to create an innovative and integrated Municipal Zoning Code based on Smart Growth principles that are user and development community friendly. Request for Statements of Qualification submittals shall be delivered to the City non-electronically and shall be in the actual possession of the City on or prior to the exact date and time indicated below. Late submittals shall not be considered. No submittals will be accepted after the time specified.
