Zoning & Subdivision Regulations
The purpose of this document is to provide a framework for the development of proposals to assist in re-writing the Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision Control Ordinance for the Village. It should be noted that this document represents the product of input from the members of the Village Plan Commission and the Village staff, but should not be construed as limiting further input during the consultant selection process and subsequent implementation process by the Consultant firm selected to produce the updated documents.
