SYNOPSIS
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items necessary to perform all required grounds keeping services identified in the Statement of Work (SOW), commercial standards, and local, state and federal requirements.
• The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS Code) is 561730, Landscaping services.
• The requirement will be competed amongst total small businesses.
• The requirement contains one base year (01 October 2014 through 31 December 2014) and four option years (January 1st - December 31st).
• The evaluation factor is lowest price technically acceptable.
• Solicitation issue date will be approximately 22 July 2014.
• The project magnitude is between $40,000.00 and $80,000.00
• Place of Performance: Olathe, Kansas
• All contractors are required to be registered in Sam www.SAM.gov to be eligible for award.
