ZINKIL PARK SW PARKING LOT

Phase I
A new parking lot in the southwest corner of Zinkil Park will be constructed. It will be a
curbed asphalt parking lot with 16 parking spaces and the lot will have 2 catch basins
with a drainfield. One piece of exercise equipment and a section of the gravel walking
path will need to be relocated to accommodate the parking lot. Once the new parking
lot is open to the public, Phase II work may begin.
Phase II
The paver block parking spaces along the east side of Zinkil Park in the 54th Avenue
right-of-way will be replaced with irrigated landscaping. The landscaping will include the
installation of (16) live oak trees, sod, and (160) shrubs.
