1. To include questions:
Question 1: An asbestos survey has been performed for this project?
Government Response: There is no asbestos survey performed for this roofing project. The existing roofing system will be completely covered by a new single ply 60 mil roofing membrane and no demolition was included in this project.
Question 2: Whether the metal drip edge flashing was to be replaced.
Government Response: The existing metal flashing was in very good condition. Therefore, the government will remove this item (metal drip edge) from the offer's schedule.
3. To remove line item 040 from the offeror's schedule.
4. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO REMAIN THE SAME AND IN FULL FORCE EFFECT.
