Question: Is there an existing EMS control system? If not, would you entertain an EMS solution?
Government Response: Fan coils are heated by boilers; in order to EMS, the duct systems would need to be brought together and introduce refrigerated air; swamp cooling would not be sufficient cooling due to temperature would have to be at 50-55 at all times.
