The United State Agency for International Development (USAID), as represented by the USAID Mission in Pakistan (USAID/Pakistan), intends to conduct Youth Work Force Development Analysis. The detailed scope of work (Terms of Reference) for this activity is attached (Attachment 1). The U.S. Government intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order to meet this requirement.
