This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, "Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items," using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR part 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.

This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-88


The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 721214. No set aside requried. 
The NH National Army and Air National Guard has a requirement for a residential Youth Program Facilities for a Youth & Teen Summer Camp to be held from 30 July 2017 through 05 August 2016. Please see the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Performance Requirement Summary (PRS) for details.


CLIN 0001: Summer Youth Camp; The contractor shall provide all lodging, meals, personnel, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, quality control to 60 youths ages 9-17, and provied other items necessary to meet criteria defined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).   The COR shall provide the final number of attendees no less than seven(7) business days prior to the event.  The contractor must be accredited through the American Camp Association (ACA) and have a valid State of New Hampshire Youth Recreation Camp License. 1, JOB.


Offers shall be evaluated in accordance with FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation of Commercial Items (Jan 1999) which is incorporated into this Request for Quote with an addendum to paragraph (a) as follows: The Government will award a Firm Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Technical Capability and Price. If products from offerors are found to be technically equivalent, then lowest price will be the determining factor. Technical acceptability will be determined by the following:
1. Camp is located within New Hampshire.
2. All items in the Statement of Work shall be met.

FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications (APR 2012) - Commercial Items applies to this Request
for Quotation and the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal or indicate (with DUNS Number) that current information is available on the federal government website SAM (https://www.sam.gov/).
