Youth Services Special Project 2009-2010
The Workforce Investment Board (WIB) of Ventura County, and its Youth Council, is soliciting proposals from qualified organizations to operate a Department of Labor (DOL) youth ages 16 - 21 in Ventura County who are foster youth or offenders as described below.
