Youth Service Coordination Project
The City of Pittsburgh is soliciting proposals for training and services targeting City of Pittsburgh
youths who are at risk of entering the juvenile system, already involved with the juvenile system, and
those who are returning from out of home placements. Contracts will be drawn for the necessary term
due to City of Pittsburgh requirements. Services will include but are not limited to supervision,
scheduling, training, reporting, event planning, and evaluation as they relate to the program.
