Youth Program Director
This notice is for market research purposes only. The Navy is seeking sources capable of providing non-personal services for four (4) Chapel Ecumenical Youth Ministry Directors that will be located at each of the following installations: NSA Naples (Naples, Italy), Naval Air Station Sigonella (Sicily, Italy), NSA Bahrain, NAVSTA Rota (Spain). The period of performance for this contract is for one 12 month (base year) and two 12 month (option years). Sources interested in this procurement are requested to submit a brief capabilities statement package with the following information:
1) Capabilities on providing youth minstry services in Europe and Bahrain
2) Information on current or past contracts with Department of Defense (DoD), including but not limited to Department of State and General Services Administration. Include contract number(s) and any issues that arose during performance.
3) Feedback on the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). Note: this PWS is only a rough draft and does not necessarily reflect the Government's current requirements; feedback should address current industry standards.

This Sources Sought is not a Request for Proposal, Request for Quote, or Invitation for Bid. There is no commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, make awards, or pay for sources' expenditures made in response to this Sources Sought. Any solicitation issued as a result of this notice will be announced separately.
