Youth Pathways department of the Commonwealth Corporation is seeking to select a consultant to assist in our Strategic Planning process.
The Commonwealth Corporation (CommCorp) is a quasi-public agency focused on workforce development. We achieve this by understanding and addressing employer needs for a twenty-first century workforce and people needs for stronger skills and better jobs. CommCorps mission is to build upward mobility pathways for Massachusetts youth and adults to prepare for high demand careers, in concert with state and regional partners. Youth Pathways (YP) is the department within the Commonwealth Corporation which focuses on policy development and improvement to the service delivery systems for youth and young adults up to age 24. In Youth Pathways, we work to expand learning and career development opportunities for young people. Our goal is to enable young people to make successful transitions to adulthood and to become vital contributors to their communities.
