Youth Initiative Programs

The residents of the City passed a one-half cent sales tax for public safety related programs including prevention, intervention, and treatment services. The use of these tax dollars reflects the City Board’s commitment to prevention, intervention and treatment services that support children, youth, and families. In support of the City’s commitment, the City will issue Requests for Proposals for YIP-Youth Initiative Programs (three sites) in the target neighborhood.
