Youth Event : Celebration of Excellence
The Georgia Department of Human Resources (DHR), Division of Family and Children Services, is seeking to obtain administrative, logistical, and fiscal management in support of the DFCS Celebration of Excellence Event. The Celebration of Excellence (COE) is a statewide effort to provide recognition of all youth in foster care who are graduating from high school or its equivalent, and youth graduating from post-secondary educational or technical institutions.
