Workforce Investment Board and County Human Services Department are soliciting a Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit for qualified Proposer(s) for the operation of the County's Arts programd a year-round program under the provisions of Title I of the Workforce Investment Act (WIA). The intent of the program is to create a unique learning environment for eligible, at risk youth that are high school dropouts ages 16 to 21 to prepare for the general equivalency diploma (GED) while building employability skills through the development of community art projects.
