The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit qualified and interested firms to submit
proposals for providing a youth art program for the County Parks and Recreation Department. Classes are for pre-kindergarten through eighth grade age groups and will be located in up to 24 elementary and 3 middle schools.
