Contract(s) on a non-exclusive basis with the Board to provide the Goods or Services
as listed herein and more specifically in the Bid Form, if provided. All Bids must be in
writing and delivered to the offices of Purchasing and Distribution Services in a sealed
envelope, addressed to Purchasing and Distribution Services, as set out in Section 8.
The successful Bidder(s) will be required to enter into a Contract for the installation and
maintenance of the Telephony Communications System. This contract is subject to
approval by the Board.
