The National Park Service requests information from interested vendors that have the capability of performing on a five year (one base year with options to extend for four additional one-year periods) Indefinite Quantity construction contract for the National Park Service located at Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming. The contract will be pre-priced and may be awarded as either a Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) or a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC).

Project Description: Work will consist of providing all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and incidentals for the construction of employee housing apartment buildings located at various locations around Yellowstone National Park.
Magnitude of Construction estimate: More than $10,000,000.

NAICS code 236116 applies and has a Small Business Size Standard $36.5M

SMALL BUSINESSES: The requirement in this Sources Sought inquiry is that for a firm to be in compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 52.219-14, Limitations on Subcontracting, at least 15% of the cost of contract performance shall be performed by employees of the concern.
In order to do business with the Federal Government all firms must be certified in SAM https://www.sam.gov.
Work will be ordered by issuance of firm fixed price task orders. The maximum ordering limitation will be $150,000,000.00 for the life of the contract. The number of task orders may vary per year based on available funding, however it is possible that up to eight employee housing apartment buildings could be awarded in a single contract year.
Interested firms are to submit your company name, address, contact information, socio-economic status, DUNS Number, bonding capacity, and a detailed capabilities statement that demonstrates your firms experience/capabilities to perform these type of construction services, your companies capacity to build and manage up to ten housing unit, at all phases of construction, being performed concurrently, and your companies experience working in a high altitude remote locations with very short construction seasons (typically from May 1 through October 31 of each year).
