Yellow Ribbon Events in 3 Locations
**UPDATE FOR 12 JANUARY 2017**
Solicitation Amendment 0004 has been posted to FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov). A conformed copy (most to date version) of the Solicitation (SF 1449) has also been uploaded.
The purpose of Amendment 0004 is to remove three locations, update the Performance Work Statement, update the Supplemental Information, update the Price Schedule, update the Clauses and update the Wage Determinations.
Amendment 0004 also extends the quote due date/time to 10:00AM (Central); 23 January 2017.
Contractors are required to return one signed copy of the Solicitation (Conformed SF 1449), Price Schedule, all solicitation amendments, completed Certificate of Conformance, teaming/partnering agreement or joint venture agreement and subcontracting plan (if applicable). If all items are not received, quote may not be considered.

Solicitation Amendment #3 has been posted to FedBizOpps.
Contractors are required to return a signed copy of the Solicitation (Conformed Copy SF 1449), Price Schedule, all solicitation amendments, completed Certificate of Conformance, teaming/partnering agreement or joint venture agreement, and subcontracting plan (if applicable). If all items are not received, quote may not be considered.
The purpose of this amendment is to change the location of the February 2017 event to Bloomington; and the location of the September 2017 event to Denver.
This amendment also extends the quote due date/time to 10:00AM (Central); 19 December 2016.

**UPDATE FOR 06 DECEMBER 2016** Solicitation Amendment #2 has been posted to FedBizOpps. The purpose of this amendment is to update the Wage Determinations and Price Schedule. This amendment also extends the quote due date/time. QUOTES ARE DUE BY 10:00AM (CENTRAL); 09 DECEMBER 2016. Contractor may quote on all location, or some of the locations. Contractor is not required to quote on all locations. Contractor is required to return one signed copy of this amendment and the updated Price Schedule with their quote. ____________________________________________

The purpose of this amendment is to update the Wage Determinations, Supplemental Information and Price Schedule and to extend the quote
due date/time. Also, the PRS and Deliverables are not longer attachments, and have been incorporated into the Performance Work Statement.
Contractor may quote on all location, or some of the locations. Contractor is not required to quote on all locations.

The Mission Installation Contracting Commend Center (MICC) Fort McCoy intends to issue Solicitation W911SA-16-T-0115 on or about 18 July 2016 for Non-Personal Services contract to provide Yellow Ribbon Event Services in seven locations.
The seven locations requested for these events are: Minneapolis, MN; Denver, CO; Bloomington, MN; Salt Lake City, UT; Columbus, OH; Kansas City, MO; and Schaumburg, IL.
Locations are some, all or none.
Work to be performed under this firm-fixed type contract will be within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 721110 Hotels
(except Casino Hotels) and Motels with size stand standard of $32.5 Million.
Requirements includes lodging, meeting rooms, meals, audio/visual, food and beverage, additional support items, children activities, parking, and shuttle service.
Potential attendees range from 650-750.
This will be a multiple award IDIQ.
