The Mission & Installation Contracting Command, MICC-Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico has a Request for Quote (RFQ) No. W912C3-16-T-0002 for hotel lodging rooms, food, conference rooms, audio visual equipment and parking spaces in support of the 1st Mission Support Command Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program. The event will be held from December 17, 2015 through December 20, 2015. Only hotels in the San Juan Metropolitan and/or Northeastern Puerto Rico will be considered.
No third Party Agreements will be honored/accepted.
A Firm-Fixed purchase order will be awarded from this requirement. The RFQ will be issued (posted) on or about November 23, 2015. The closing date of the RFQ is on or about 2 December 2015. This date is subject to change. This RFQ will be issued unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 721110. The size standard is $32,500,000. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted on the FBO web portal. A signed copy of all amendments shall be submitted with the proposal. All interested parties are responsible for monitoring the Federal Business Opportunity website at http://www.fbo.gov for status of the RFQ and amendments, if any.
The RFQ will be posted and accessed electronically by the public at http://www.fbo.gov. The solicitation will not be mailed or faxed. Offerors submitting a proposal that are not registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov may not be eligible for award.
