The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking construction contractors to design and build a new Parking Garage at the VA Medical Center in Biloxi, MS. The project number is 520HS2317L. Competition for this procurement is restricted to Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, transportation, supervision, supplies and tools necessary for the construction of a Design Build three level, 540 space, parking garage (two elevated decks) and adjacent 260 space surface parking lot.
