Separate or Combined Bids will be received for: CONTRACT ESTIMATE 1. Site Work $ 65,000.00 2. Concrete $ 63,000.00 3. Shell Construction $160,000.00 4. Fire Protection $ 34,000.00 5. Plumbing $ 55,000.00 6. HVAC $ 69,000.00 7. Electrical $ 70,000.00 The information for Bidders, Form of Proposal, Form of Contract, Specifications, Form of Bond, and other Contract Documents may be examined at the on-line plan room of the Construction Manager. In addition bid documents are located at the office of MCR Services, Inc., Alt Architects, Builders Exchange, Ohio Exchanges in Columbus, Cincinnati, Cleveland and Dayton. All questions regarding the Plans and Specifications should be addressed to the Construction Manager. Each Bid must be accompanied by a BID GUARANTY meeting the requirements of Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. The Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond issued must meet the requirements of Article 1.07 of the instructions to Bidders.
