X-Ray Fluorescence Analyzer
The State intends to purchase one (1) hand-held, X-ray tube-based XRF analyzer. The XRF analyzer must include a multi-element soil analysis mode and be compatible with EPA Method 6200 for soil analysis. In addition, the XRF analyzer must be associated with a HUD/EPA Performance Characteristic Sheet or equivalent for EPA-compliant residential home lead-based paint inspections. The analyzer will be used to measure lead in paint, and multiple metals in soil and other media such as CCA-treated wood.
