The successful contractor will be expected to provide the following services:
 Become familiar with the framework as a
foundation for understanding the initiative.
 Work with executive director to finalize a work plan including potential data to gather
from each employer, developing a case study framework and create an interview
strategy and timeline.
 Conduct preliminary interviews with wellness team leaders at each company.
 Conduct additional interviews; gather, analyze and synthesize all available data and
information.
 Prepare a case study report related to each employers program.
 Prepare an executive summary report to be presented to the
Executive Leadership.
 Provide services within a budget not to exceed $10,000.
