Workplace Literacy Training Projects
The Agency is seeking innovative proposals from eligible offerors to provide workplace literacy training integrated with occupational skills training to individuals of limited English proficiency (LEP) and/or individuals in need of adult education. Training should result in individuals: • increasing their educational functional level; • earning certifications or credentials related to the literacy or occupational skills training they receive; • obtaining employment; • advancing in their careers; and/or • increasing their wages.
