SPECIFICATIONS
Workplace Skills / Scope of Work
Number of sessions: 8 sessions
Length of session: 1 day (Each workshop includes approximately 6 hours of training usually from 9:00 am
4:00 pm, with approximately one hour for lunch and 30 minutes of set-up time. The
trainer is expected to arrive on site no later than 30 minutes in advance of the scheduled
start time.)
Location: Regional within North Carolina Locations based on need
Target audience: Staff of Workforce Boards, Service Provider Agencies, Workforce Partner Agencies
Anticipated attendance: 35 - 45 attendees per session
Timeframe: All sessions will be completed between January 1, 2008 December 31, 2008
