Workforce Investment Act Year Round Youth Services
The purpose of this procurement is to solicit proposals for services under the Workforce Investment Act (WIA) Title I Youth services. WIA requires the creation of a youth system defined by access to a broad range of services. Jobs and Community Services seeks proposals for alternative education, career exploration and employment, and skills training programs as
integrated components of comprehensive service strategies. Proposals must demonstrate capacity to provide or access a range of services, commitment to building the partnerships necessary to access these services, and commitment to 12 months of follow-up services for all participants
