RFP : Workforce Investment Act: Youth Programs

The purpose of the RFP is to direct federal Department of Labor Workforce Investment Act Title I Youth funds towards comprehensive educational and workforce services. Special emphasis will be placed on services to vulnerable youth populations such as dropouts or those at risk of dropping out, limited English speakers, court involved youth, current and former foster youth, youth with disabilities, runaway/homeless youth, and children of incarcerated parents or siblings.
