Workforce Case Management and Reporting System (WCMRS)
The Workforce Case Management and Reporting System (WCMRS) is a comprehensive software System capable of reporting all required data to the US Department of Labor under the reporting requirements on time, and with minimal interaction on the Department's part to ensure data accuracy and timeliness. A major goal of the System is to meet the service, tracking, reporting and follow-up requirements under the U.S. Department of Labor's performance measures for the Workforce Investment Act (WIA), Wagner-Peyser Act and/or their successors, provide Local One-Stops with accurate individual and aggregate tracking, reporting and follow-up data for those programs and will have the flexibility to also serve WIA mandated partner programs and other workforce programs
