Workforce Case Management and Reporting System

The State is conducting a Solicitation on behalf of the Department for the purchase of a comprehensive Workforce Case Management and Reporting System (WCMRS). The WCMRS is not a pure build system but a customization of an existing package system. The preferred System will be able to provide case management and reporting capabilities for the US Department of Labor programs (DOL), be able to accept records that are converted from the legacy systems, and allow for flexibility to include other programs administered by the Department or the Local Workforce Investment Areas
