Workflow Management System
This contract is for the development of a user-friendly workflow management system (WMS) that provides maximum flexibility for the content administrators to control evolving workflow processes and all other WMS content, without programming knowledge. The contractor is responsible for analyzing the information provided, and delivering a WMS meeting the stated requirements for about 75 concurrent users.
The contractor is responsible for all aspects of the solution to provide this product including, but not limited to, such requirements as project management, analysis, design/customization, development (coding), testing/validation, implementation, training, and maintenance and support.
NOTE: All source code that the contractor develops under this RFP becomes the property of SSA. The contractor is also cautioned that they must adhere to all license requirements in the RFP (e.g, any plug-ins procured as part of the proposal become the property of SSA).
