Workers Compensation Subrogation Services
Note: this is an extended due date.
It is the intent of the State to solicit proposals for Workers Compensation Subrogation Services, to assist the State Accident Fund (SAF) in its subrogation program in accordance with all requirements stated herein.
SAF maintains approximately 3500 open claim files of which 2100 are lost time and 1400 are medical only in nature. SAF has 400+ pending subrogation claim files presently. SAF expects to open approximately 5700 new claim files in FY 09/10. SAF currently writes approximately ninety million ($90,000,000) dollars in annual premium with the expectation for continued growth in FY 09/10.
