The State Fund (hereinafter referred to as "the State") is seeking a contractor to provide a workers' compensation insurance industry Financial Reporting solution based on our State Fund's operational systems, business metrics, and business rules. The contractor may submit responses with multi subcontractors (software vendors, implementation vendor). We expect to issue only one contract, the contractor must bear full responsibility for fulfilling the terms of the contract.
