Workers’ Compensation Claim Services and Risk Management Information System
The Authority is interested in procuring high quality, cost effective Risk Management Information System (RMIS) and Third Party Claims Administrator Services (TPA). It is the intention to select one firm to fulfill all tasks required for both RMIS and TPA functions. Proposals to provide only one service will not be considered. The selected firm must provide a RMIS system with a proven operational track record of reliable and flexible performance of day-to-day risk related and claims handling activities. The RMIS must also have the ability to manage, analyze and disseminate data, use that data to assist with day to day management and have the capability to provide reports and data to various management entities.
