Worker's Compensation Claims Auditing Services
The Workers'' Compensation Division (WCD) for the City and County of San Francisco is seeking qualified vendors to audit the claims administration of its workers'' compensation program to determine the efficiency, effectiveness, and the consistency of claims adjusting services.
The Claims Auditing service is necessary to obtain an accurate picture of the general performance and competence of the workers'' compensation administration services being provided at its CCSF San Francisco Office, and the City''s third party administer (TPA) located in Sacramento. The auditor should be able to identify areas of deficiencies in the claims handling procedures and provide recommendation(s) to improve internal processes and service coordination so that the quality of claims handling can be appropriately measured.
