This Web portal is ultimately intended to serve the needs of both programs administered by the Organization. The purpose of this community Web portal is to provide online visitors with readily available, clearly organized, and highly useful information and data regarding various elements of the organization.

The vendor shall:
 implement in WordPress CMS the recently-developed graphical design for the new
website ("new website graphical design");
 load content from the section of the existing Ocean Leadership site ("old website")
into the new website graphical design;
 implement all required technical functionality;
 prepare the new USSSP website for "go live;"
 provide WordPress training to USSSP team members;
 provide technical support as needed to Ocean Leadership staff during cutover from old
website to new website;
 provide WordPress technical support and assistance to Ocean Leadership staff during the
first 4 months after the new website goes live.
