Woods Study / Conservation Planning
City seeks the services of a Conservation Planning team to inventory the land within the bounds of the Woods Study Area, as outlined in purple on the attached map prepared by the City Community Development Department and provide recommendations for a plan to preserve a contiguous open space of woodlands within the Study Area and public access to them while respecting private property rights. The Study Area includes 175 separate parcels, but only those over five acres and smaller lots of high recreational and/or conservation value will be researched in detail.
