This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes/proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The solicitation number AG-04GG-S-14-0021 and issued as a Request for Quotation.
The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-75.
This is a small business set-aside with an associated NAICS code of 321999 and small business size standard of 100.
The following are this solicitation's list of contract line item number(s) and items, quantities and units of measure:
ITEM 1 - 10,000 Qty minimum - Wooden Stakes, pressure treated, or non-treated, (48" X ¾" xX¾") in bundles of 25 ea. Deliver by 9/18/14. (see optional items quantities on attached offeror sheet)
ITEM 2 - 45,000 Qty minimum - Wooden Stakes, pressure treated, or non-treated, (30" X 1" X 1 ½") in bundles of 50 ea. Deliver by 9/18/14. (See optional item quantities on offeror sheet)
The provision "52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial", applies to this acquisition and the following are provided as an addenda to this provision.
The date for delivery is 09/18/2014. The place of performance or delivery and acceptance is Deschutes National Forest -Bend Fort Rock RD at 63095 Deschutes Market Rd, Bend, OR. 97701 . Shipping terms are FOB Destination.
The provision "52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial", applies to this acquisition and the following are provided as an addenda to this provision.
The provision "52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items", applies to this acquisition and the specific evaluation criteria to be included in paragraph (a) of that provision, are as follows: Price and Delivery. Delivery when compared to price is slightly less.
All offerors must provide a completed copy of "52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items" OR the offeror must have completed their annual representations and certifications electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. If the offeror has completed SAM on-line, a copy of 52.212-3 can be pulled from the SAM website.
