Wisconsin Energy Efficiency Study
The Public Service Commission of Wisconsin (Commission) is seeking proposals for an energy efficiency and renewable resource potential study (potential study). Through this request for proposals, the Commission seeks to quantify the amount of energy use in Wisconsin that can be displaced through electric and natural gas efficiency and customer-sited renewable resource programs. This information will be used to provide guidance during the quadrennial planning process for statewide energy efficiency and renewable resource programs by informing program goals, priorities, and funding levels.
