Wireless Telecommunications Master Plan RFP
This Request For Proposal (RFP) by the County of Spotsylvania, Virginia, invites written proposals from qualified organizations to provide consulting services to assist the County in the development of a Wireless Telecommunications Master Plan.
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from firms having specific experience in master planning for telecommunications systems and to set forth the terms and conditions whereby Spotsylvania County shall contract with the most qualified Proposer. Wireless Telecommunications Services as used in this RFP shall mean primarily wireless internet and other services but do not include public safety radio system, TV reception, or amateur radio. A detailed scope of services is contained in Section V, Scope of Services, of this RFP.
Any contract resulting from this RFP shall be for preparation of a Wireless Telecommunications Master Plan.
