Wireless Telecommunications Leasing Project

The lease term will be ten (10) years with options to extend for two additional five-year (5) periods. Proposals are sought from individuals or entities (i) that provide wireless telecommunications services (e.g., cellular and personal communication providers, radio common carriers, and paging companies) and are licensed by the Federal Communications Commission ("FCC") ("Wireless Telecommunications Service Provider(s)" or "Service Provider(s)"), or (ii) that, install, manage, and operate telecommunications equipment and can procure Service Providers to the Site ("Facilities Management Company" or "Companies").
