Wireless Master Plan

The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from firms having specific experience in master planning for wireless systems and to set forth the terms and conditions whereby the City of Lancaster shall contract with the most qualified Proposer. Wireless service as used in this RFP shall mean primarily wireless telephone and other services, but do not include public safety radio system, TV reception, or amateur radio. A detailed scope of services is contained in this proposal document.
