Wireless Communication Services and Related Equipment (REISSUE)
PURPOSE: The State Purchasing Division, General Services Department ("SPD"), in cooperation with the Department of Information Technology (DoIT), on behalf of the State of New Mexico ("State"), requests proposals from firms qualified to provide two-way Commercial Mobile Radio Services ("Wireless Services") and related equipment in a governmental setting.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
The scope of procurement includes the defined Wireless Services and wireless devices. Contractors shall not provide any form of any non-wireless communication devices or services unless they are integral to, or required for the successful operation of, devices or services otherwise allowed under this agreement. The contract shall be for three (3) years in duration with option to renew for one additional year or any portion thereof per mutual agreement. In no case shall the contract and all extensions thereto exceed a total of four (4) years in duration. The Price Agreement resulting from this procurement may be utilized by local public bodies within the State of New Mexico. Executive Branch State Agencies must utilize the DoIT approved statewide carrier unless an exception is approved in advance by the DoIT.
