Wire Rope (Cable).
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Memphis District intends to award a competitive firm-fixed priced supply contract for this solicitation to the responsible Offerors whose offer conforming to the solicitation that provides the best benefit to the Government, price and other factors as specified in clauses 52.212-2 of this solicitation. This solicitation is for various sizes and lengths of wire rope (cable).
Supplies will be delivered to Ensley Engineering Yard (EEY) at 2915 Riverport Rd., Memphis, TN 38109. If any spools are damaged during this process, the vendor shall be responsible for the replacement of spools and/or cable on said spool. The POC at EEY for the Government will be Brandon Carmack (901-371-7497) and/or April Branch (901-265-0362). Supplies will be provided in accordance with the attached solicitation.
The solicitation number is W912EQ‐19‐Q‐0025 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This is a 100% Small Business Set‐Aside procurement. The associated NAICS code is 332618. A copy of solicitation may be downloaded from the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Web Site https://fbo.gov on or about April 19, 2019.
Response to this solicitation must be received via email to Kendell.m.riley@usace.army.mil by date and time indicated on solicitation; regardless of method of delivery, it is the offeror's responsibility to ensure receipt of quote by the time and date stated therein. Quotes should be marked with solicitation number W912EQ‐19‐Q‐0025. Vendors not registered in SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM) database prior to award will not be eligible for award. Vendors may register for SAM by calling 1‐866‐606‐8220 or register online at www.sam.gov.
In accordance with FAR 52.204‐7, all vendors shall be registered in SAM prior to bid. Vendors must also be registered in Representations and Certifications Applications (included in SAM).
