Window and exit door replacement for church classroom building

Scope of Work is to provide a "turn-key" contract for removal, disposal and complete installation in a workmanlike manner of ten (10) 40x44, one (1) 32x50, one (1) 24x36, seven (7) 40x58 windows and four (4) 40x82 metal exit doors. Replacement windows are to be white vinyl framed single hung with Bronze tinted Low-E glass with half screens of similar dimensions to those being replaced. Replacement exit doors are to be ninety (90) minute fire rated steel exit doors of similar dimensions with metal frames all having "panic" hardware, automatic door closure devices, lock mechanisms and three (3) x thirty-three (33) inch wire imbedded view lite security windows.
