General Services Administration, Public Building Service has a requirement to replace windows in three of the Anchorage, Alaska Federal Buildings.
In accordance with FAR52.219-6, this RFP is a total set-a-side for small businesses. A Request for Proposals (RFP) will be posted to Federal Business Opportunities on approximately 4/12/2017.
A separate award will be made for each building's window replacement. Magnitude of Construction is less than $25,000.00 for each project. The RFP will contain the date and instructions for the site visit.

Amendment No. AMEND 001 changes the attachment for CLIN 001, New Anchorage Federal Building, Scope of Work. This attachment clarifies the windows to be replaced on the First Floor, New Anchorage Federal Building.
This amendment incorporates the current Department of Labor Wage Determination dated 4/21/2017.
The due date for offers remains 5/19/2017 at 10:00 AM Alaska Standard Time.
A copy of the site visit (5/3/2017) is included with this amendment package.
