Window Replacement & Air Conditioner Sleeve Installation
The CONTRACT consists of providing all labor, equipment and materials for construction work generally consisting of, but not limited to, the Window Replacement & Air Conditioner Sleeve Installation and any associated work. The work includes the replacement of existing aluminum framed sliding windows in 39 residential units and the Community Building with vinyl double hung replacement windows. The project scope also includes the creation of a sleeved wall opening for the installation of a through the wall air conditioner in all 40 units.
