This requirement is for WinEst Construction Esimating Software.
4 EA WinEst Software configurations including ProPlus support (1 year), RSMeans Integration, and Virtual Takeoff Module.
The inteded awardee for this requirment is Trimble Inc.
IAW FAR 6.302, the single source justification document is attached. The government invites any prospective offerors to submit information that is contrary to the governments assertion that Trimble Inc's software, WinEst, is the only software that meets the government requirement.
