Wilson Housing Authority A&E Service
The Wilson Housing Authority is currently seeking qualifications statements from qualified firms to provide professional services to assist the Authority in implementing Authority-wide improvements to its dwelling and non-dwelling facilities. Improvements may include new construction and renovation, as well as demolition and redevelopment. Your firm is hereby invited to submit a statement of qualifications for this effort. The sources of funding for the Authoritys efforts may include the Capital Fund Program (CFP), American Recovery and Reinvestment Act Funding, Hope VI, tax-exempt bond financing, tax credit financing and any other source(s) of funding which the Authority may identify. Considering the importance of continuity during the entire funding cycle, and in view of the scope of work to be performed, it is the intent of the Authority to issue an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to an architectural firm with separate Delivery Orders issued as each project or task is identified. The contract for these services will be for two years with the Housing Authoritys option to extend it for each of the following three years.
